What is the return policy for Canadian orders?
We accept Web site purchase returns by mail only. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for Customs and brokerage if applicable. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable for orders returned directly to Crate and Barrel in the U.S.

3. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a Canadian return address to ship your item(s) back to. Please fill out the Reason for Return section on the reverse side of your original packing slip (same as seen below).

4. Put the item(s) for return, a copy of the original Packing Slip and the completed Reason for Return chart above in the original shipping packaging. If your item(s) is being returned, please also include all packing materials including manuals, accessories, documentation and special offer giveaways.

5. Ship your return package to the Canadian address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
